Course Description

Specialisation: Microsoft and CoPilot is a platform-specific deep dive for schools that use Microsoft 365 for Education. As Microsoft embeds CoPilot AI across its entire product suite, educators need practical training in leveraging these tools for teaching, learning, and school administration.

This course covers CoPilot’s capabilities within Word (drafting, editing, summarising), Excel (data analysis, formula generation, visualisation), PowerPoint (slide generation, design suggestions), Outlook (email drafting, scheduling), Teams (meeting summaries, chat assistance), and OneNote (note organisation, content generation)

Participants work through hands-on exercises designed around common teaching and leadership tasks. The course also covers Microsoft’s data handling and privacy practices, admin centre settings for CoPilot, and how schools can configure AI features to align with their governance policies.
