Course Description

Curriculum Redesign with AI addresses the deepest question AI poses to education: if students have access to tools that can write, research, calculate, code, and create, what should the curriculum actually prioritise?

This course moves beyond surface-level integration to support educators in rethinking curriculum architecture. Participants examine how AI changes the value of different skills, how assessment must evolve to remain meaningful, and how learning sequences can be restructured to emphasise the capabilities AI cannot replicate—critical thinking, ethical reasoning, creativity, collaboration, and embodied experience.

The course introduces practical frameworks for auditing existing curricula against AI capability, redesigning units of work, and developing assessments that are both AI-resilient and future-focused. Participants also explore how AI can assist in the curriculum design process itself—generating scope and sequence drafts, mapping standards, and identifying gaps.
